We recommend that you buy online to make sure that there is room on the tour you want.
The parking lot at Bridgewalking’s Welcome Center is located at Galsklintvej 2, 5500 Middelfart.
Parking is free at the Welcome Centre. Charging stations are available in the car park.
Sydtrafik’s routes 105 and 106 and Fynbus’ routes U825 and U827 stop at Slengeriksvej (500 metres from the Welcome Centre).

When you book a ticket, you can pay with your gift card.
The gift card does not work as a ticket in itself.
The gift card can only be redeemed where it was purchased. This means that:
Gift cards purchased at Bridgewalking Lillebælt must be redeemed when purchasing tickets on our website.
Gift cards purchased at Truestory/YouForgetDetAldrig must be redeemed at Truestory/YouForgetDetNever via their website or by writing to info@truestory.dk.

Here you will find a field where you must enter the gift card’s redemption code.
The redemption code is for 15 characters. It starts with BW followed by a series of numbers and lowercase letters. Remember to complete the purchase by entering customer information and pressing the green button ‘Confirm purchase’.
Use 1 code for 1 ticket. If you have multiple gift cards, these must be redeemed by entering one redemption code at a time in the field. This can be done in the same order.
After this, you will receive an email with your tickets.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the day they are purchased.

The wizard takes pictures with the iPhone they have with them, in case it becomes necessary to call for help. Unfortunately, it is not always that the pictures are good due to the weather, light conditions, etc.
We cannot guarantee that there will be pictures from all tours, nor can we guarantee that all guests will be photographed.
The guide’s primary task is to be a guide on the bridge and ensure safety.
If a guest poses for a photo on the bridge, we consider it as consent for a photo to be taken, which is subsequently posted for free download on this page.
It may take a few days before the pictures are on the website. Images are stored for 2 months, after which they are deleted. If you would like to have your photo deleted, you can contact us at afmeld@bridgewalking.dk.
Participants are not allowed to bring objects on the bridge (mobile, camera, etc. – all pockets must be emptied).
If you have shown your ticket on your phone, your phone can be placed in a locked safety box while you are on the bridge.
You can also put car keys and other valuables in the safety box.
We recommend that larger personal belongings are left in the car.
After your ride on the bridge, you will return to BUEN, where the tour began. Remember to bring your keys and mobile phone with you if we have stored your things in our safety box.

We very rarely cancel tours due to weather. Cancellation only happens if:
Dress for the weather and show up for your tour – if your tour is canceled, your ticket will of course be refunded.
Other expenses related to the stay and transportation to and from the Welcome Center are unfortunately not refundable. If a guest cancels the trip themselves, the ticket will not be refunded.

If you can manage a 2.5 km walk at an altitude of 60 meters with some stairs along the way, age is no obstacle.

We offer tours in Danish, English and German.
From March 1st to October 31st there are English and German tours weekly (Please see the flag on the tour).
From 1 November to 30 April, we are happy to arrange tours for you in English and German. Please contact us directly to request an English or German tour during this period.

Yes, you can wear sunglasses – but they must stay on your nose! It is a good idea to provide them with a “spectacle strap”. You can bring the glasses cord from home, or you can buy it in our Welcome Center for DKK 10.
You are not allowed to bring objects on the bridge – unfortunately not asthma medicine, grape sugar or the like. If you are in doubt, please contact us.
Wear comfortable shoes that are attached to the foot – preferably with a rubber sole.
Smaller items can be stored in the safety box. We will ask you to place bags and backpacks in your car.

Bridgewalking Welcome Center is located at Galsklintvej 2, 5500 Middelfart. If you have a ticket, you continue past the Welcome Center 100 meters up the path to a half-roof, where you meet your guide. Arrive well in advance – preferably 10 minutes before the start of the tour.
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that are appropriate for the season. In addition, fixed footwear – preferably with rubber soles.
If in rare cases the tour is cancelled, you will be contacted directly. Your ticket will of course be refunded. If the ticket is paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded within 4-5 business days. If the ticket was purchased with a gift card, this will be reactivated.
No, it is the same price online and in the Welcome Center. We recommend that you buy your ticket online so that you are sure to get a seat on the tour you want.
