When you use bridgewalking.dk, Bridgewalking as a data controller processes your personal data in accordance with applicable law and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Personal data is all kinds of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you.
When you use our platforms, e.g. when you register as a customer, update your profile, buy gift cards or tickets – or participate in competitions or surveys, we collect and process personal data about you.
We collect the following information: Name, address, e-mail, telephone number, IP address, the mobile devices you use, payment information, your purchases on bridgewalking.dk, information about your use of and movements on bridgewalking.dk.
As our services are dependent on your personal data being correct and up-to-date, we ask you to inform us of any changes to your personal data. You always have the option to update your email address and phone number via your profile.

The legal basis for processing your personal data
The legal basis for our collection and processing of name, address, telephone number, payment information, purchases on bridgewalking.dk is Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Our legitimate interest is to be able to identify you as a customer, provide support and contact you if, for example, your trip is cancelled.
Transfer of your personal data to data processors
In order to be able to deliver our services to you, we use a number of partners who are data processors for Bridgewalking. The data processors we use only process personal data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
We ensure that our data processors live up to a high standard of data protection and information security, and that they otherwise comply with relevant legislation. We only use data processors in Denmark who can provide your information with adequate protection.
Bridgewalking uses and transfers your personal data to the following data processors who process and store your personal data: System and hosting providers, analysis agencies and financial institutions and providers of payment solutions for internet shopping.

Deletion of your personal data
We store your personal data for as long as you wish to have a user with Bridgewalking.dk. If your user has been inactive for 2 years, your information will be automatically deleted.
If you notify us that you no longer wish to be a customer, you will be deleted from our system immediately.
In connection with the completion of a purchase, you can choose to have your payment information saved. Your payment and card information is stored with Bridgewalking’s PCI-certified payment providers. From here, they can be reused when purchasing on our platforms. When you use a payment card on our platforms, only the payment provider – and not Bridgewalking – will have access to your information. This applies both when you buy tickets or gift cards, and if you choose to save your card details for later use. Therefore, using and storing card details for later use is solely a matter between you and the payment provider, even if it happens while you are using our platforms.
According to the personal data rules, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us. If the personal data we process about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected.
You can always correct your master information yourself on your profile on bridgewalking.dk.
Right to object to our processing of your personal data
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. If your objection is justified, we will make sure to cease the processing of your personal data.
Disclosure of your personal data
You have the right to have the personal data you have made available to us ported.
We have high standards of security – including when it comes to protecting your personal information. Therefore, we have a number of internal procedures and policies in place to ensure that we live up to our high security standards. We have implemented technical and organisational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or coming to the knowledge of unauthorised persons, being misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
