Delivery
The services ordered are delivered immediately after registration of the online deposit, which can only be made by credit card, and there is no physical delivery in connection with your purchase on shop.bridgewalking.dk. All the services provided are delivered electronically to the e-mail address you provided with your purchase. If you experience problems with the delivery, please contact us via our contact page.
Payment
At bridgewalking.dk you have the following payment options: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa card, Master Card and mobilepay.
All prices are quoted in Danish kroner and the total amount will be withdrawn from your account after your order has been placed. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
Secure payment
The payment system in our online store is secured with a so-called SSL solution. SSL is a system that encrypts all the Dankort information you send to us in the store. This means that neither we nor anyone else (with the exception of PBS) can obtain information about your card. The SSL system also ensures that data between your browser and our server cannot be changed. If you pay with Dankort via the Internet, you are always safe from misuse. You have the option of rejecting a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an Internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus,-, you are actually better off than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused using the PIN code.
Remember the ticket
When you show up, you must be able to document your purchase by showing a ticket on your smartphone or as a print.

Right of withdrawal/return of goods
bridgewalking.dk sell and provide services in accordance with the rules for online sale of tickets. We refer to the Consumer Contracts Act’s right of withdrawal, chap. 4, § 18(2), item 12, which is why we unfortunately do not cancel, refund or exchange purchased tickets.
When purchasing gift cards, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal. The deadline is generally calculated from the day you received the gift card.
Personal information
When you shop at bridgewalking.dk, we need a number of information about you. Below you can see what information we collect and what it is used for.
When you register as a user, you enter your contact information (name, address, email and phone number). You can always ask us to delete your information again by contacting us at afmeld@bridgewalking.dk.
You can easily buy a ticket without registering as a user; But it makes it easier for us to help you if you have problems with ordering or payment if you are registered as a user. It also makes it easier for you if you want to buy tickets or gift cards at another time, but if you do not register as a user, we will still ask for your email address so that we can send the ticket to you. We also ask for your phone number so that we can quickly get in touch with you if, for example, the trip is cancelled.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased online or in our Welcome Center. We recommend that you buy your ticket online to make sure that there is room on the tour you want.
Admission on a child ticket requires that you are under 16 years old at the time the ticket is valid.
